Angie the Aircraft Mechanic Preps for Takeoff!

Brrr! A plane hums high overhead, and Bobo wonders how it stays safe way up in the blue. Papa Wang has the answer: pros on the ground help it do! So they head off to visit a friend at a big hangar by the runway.

There they meet Angie the Aircraft Mechanic, who welcomes them to her hangar, "where safety's the star." She makes Bobo her Checklist Helper, with rule number one: stay with Angie and Papa until the walk-around is done.

Bobo learns about bright safety colors, yellow lines on the hangar floor, and never walking near a propeller. Then it's time for the walk-around inspection: tires, wings and windows, all checked with care. Come along and see how a plane gets ready for takeoff!
